We’ve built our business on a success fee tied to deal closings and project completions. It’s an awesome way to align our incentives: we get paid when your deals close and your projects get built. 

On a typical project acquisition, we charge the buyer a point or two on the value of the project. We invoice half at definitive documentation and half and mechanical completion. All of the work by our team and our tools to align parties and solutions is delivered at risk. 

We’re on this journey together, because we trust the teams that we work with in the same way that they trust us. 

Why buyers are happy to pay our fee

Project investors view our marketplace as a channel for opportunities, complementing and extending their origination teams. We pre-qualify projects, surface high quality opportunities that fit investment criteria, and support deals all the way through to LOI and closing. This saves everyone a ton of time.
